Thunder Unveil Partial Season Ticket Plan

Pochiro Pleased With Tryout Results

(Stockton, Ca.)--With the home opener rapidly approaching for the Stockton Thunder (Saturday October 17 at Adventist Health Arena) the team has announced an additional multi game ticket plan. The 12-game option is designed to give fans flexibility and still have the ability to enjoy Thunder hockey. 

“We realize not everyone will be able to make all (28) of our home games, but this gives them the chance to have their seats available for the games they want,” team president and general manager Scott Brand said. “A full season ticket membership is still the best entertainment value

around, but this is the next best thing.”

 Ticketing Director Richard Albrecht Rodriquez explained the mini-plan will include the 12 best games, including our home opener and also exclusive offers and benefits for purchasing single game tickets. Mini-plan members will have up to 3 games to exchange for better game-dates, tickets will never be wasted. On the ice, the Thunder held a tryout camp this past weekend (Aug. 7-9) at Oak Park Ice Arena and coach Zach Pochiro was impressed with what he saw. 

“It was an up-tempo and high level camp,” Pochiro said. “I was very pleased with what I saw, and these guys showed they wanted a chance to make the Thunder.”

An interesting side note to the camp was the adventure of Jason Diehl of Stockton. He attended the first day of camp on Friday, and was unable to attend Saturday and Sunday. His wife Alexandra, who attended Friday’s session, was expecting the couple’s first child. Alexandria and Jason welcomed their son Maverick into their family on Monday.
